How do I know what price home I can afford?
It is always best to go to a mortgage company or bank and do a "pre-qualification" to determine the maximum mortgage amount for which you can qualify. Will you custom build a home?
Yes, we can build one of our plans or your plan in the metro area where lots are available, or on your lot.
If you build our new home, what choices can we make?
You can pick your brick, interior and exterior paint & stain, solid surface countertop, marble vanities and window sills, light fixtures, carpet, and cabinet & door hardware.
Can I upgrade my choices?
Yes, Woodcrafted Homes gives a generous allowance on all components, but you have the option of choosing more expensive items and paying the difference.
How long will it take to build a custom home?
From beginning of construction, approximately 6 months.
